JUDGING

The CASANZ Awards Sub-Committee is responsible for co-ordinating the review of award submissions and, supported by a group of invited industry representatives, will form a judging panel (excluding the Clean Air Medal).

The judges will review each submission independently and submit an initial score according to the criteria.  This will result in an initial shortlist of all entries to identify finalists.  The shortlist will be reviewed by the Awards Sub-Committee.

The basis for scoring is the published award category criteria, which are weighted.

If required, finalist entries in each category will proceed to a second round of assessment by the judging panel to determine the winners.

In the event of equal scoring for an awards category, 2 winners will be announced.

FINALIST ANNOUNCEMENT

The top 3 submissions (or 2 if submissions are not sufficient to warrant being shortlisted) for each award category will be announced as finalists.  Finalists will be notified via email, as per the key dates.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner of each award category is announced as part of the Conference Gala Dinner.  All finalists will be invited to attend.

The winner will be presented with the Innovation and Excellence in Air Quality Award specific to the award category.
